Booking and Payment
Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability.
Pricing: All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP), include taxes, and are final once you book. Payment: Full payment of the total price of the reservation is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. We accept PayPal, Bank transfer and Gcash for payment.
Check-in & Guest Rules
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an extra fee. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of Php 1000 per room is collected at check-in. This deposit is for keys and potential damages. Identification: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old and present a valid photo ID upon arrival. Room Occupancy: Rooms have a maximum number of guests allowed. Additional guests may incur an extra charge. Policies: Smoking and pets are not permitted in the rooms. Guests are expected to be respectful and responsible.
Cancellation, No-Show & Modification
Cancellation: The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival. No-Show Policy: If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Modifications: Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. No changes are possible less than 30 days before check-in. Travel Insurance: Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended due to the strict cancellation and modification policies.
Other Information
Parking: Free parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Breakfast: Breakfast is not included unless specified in your booking confirmation.
Liability: The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
